BBA (Belgian Blonde Ale)
0.33ml 4.4% vol EBC 13 * IBU 23.6 nofiltred 2 fermentation

Blonde Belgian style horns. In taste, it is presented as a beer with character. The aroma and the body are harmonious. Composed of a creamy foam that preserves well the aromas of earth and spicy spices that characterize this beer.

IPA (India Pale Ale)
0.33ml 5.5% vol EBC 13* IBU 24 * *2 fermentation

Characterized by a floral and tropical aroma that conveys citrus notes, such as lemon and citron. Pale orange color with a creamy undertone. The taste feels completely balanced between body and aroma.

Birraria e Gjyshit was born in 2019 from the desire and passion to create and enjoy a craft and healthy beer, Grandfather’s beer recipes are unique, skillfully created by the creators of this project. These recipes are created to experience a journey of flavors for the one who tries it!

We are the first brewery in the territory of Albania, that we have experimented and introduced to the market the styles of beers with high fermentation such as Ipa, Apa, and Belgian..

The production of our beer is done using the classic 100% artisan cooking method. Fermentation is done in two stages, since the beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. This means that our product is always fresh even during its stay in the bottle.
